The Endress+Hauser Group is a globally active family-owned business. The Group consists of a network of legally independent companies, managed and coordinated by a holding company in Reinach, Switzerland. By the end of 2004, the Group comprised 71 companies in 35 countries.

Executive board
Today, Endress+Hauser is solely owned by the Endress family. The eight children of Dr hc Georg H Endress hold 12 percent each, the non-profit making Georg H Endress Foundation another 4 percent.
The Group's management meets the needs of modern corporate government. Since 2002, separate bodies - the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board - are consigned to executive and supervisory functions.
