Field of application
The control system is part of our Master Meter Solution and designed to collect, visualize and monitor the complete master meter proving process. It has an intuitive self-guided user interface to configure both the master and duty meters and the prover settings. Supporting both mass and volumetric proving of duty meters, it offers a choice of either API or OIML compliant proving reports.
The embedded flow computer maintains a complete history of proving operations and meter factors used for updating duty meters along with any errors or aborted operations to ensure the complete fiscal integrity of regular calibration procedures.
The control system is one of the few available on the market that supports multiple proving methods with support for pulse counts, time duration, mass, volume and manual trigger proving methods. It comes in both hazardous and non-hazardous area panels.
